Central Kitchen + Bar

Central was an early entrant in the new downtown restaurant scene, and it has stood the test of time. The location is excellent, the room usually has energy, and the food and drinks have treated me well. It is not my first choice, but I would never complain about ending up there.

Use it as the reliable dinner-and-drinks answer when the group needs an easy downtown choice.

You want something proven near Campus Martius or need a crowd-pleasing meeting place.

You want the restaurant I’m most excited about tonight.
