Le Suprême

Downtown · Eat

Polished French cooking inside the Book Tower gem—and one of Detroit’s best recent additions.

NOAH’S TAKE

Le Suprême is another fantastic addition to Book Tower and one of my favorite recent surprises in the D. I have not had a bad meal there yet. The room fits the restored building, the French brasserie idea feels right at home, and the steak frites never disappoints. Start with the escargot. Book Tower has become a real gem, and Le Suprême is one of the reasons why.

THE MOVE

Start with a well-made drink at Bar Rotunda, then order the escargot and steak frites at Le Suprême. Finish downstairs at The Aladdin Sane for a nightcap.
