One of Michigan’s best breweries for easy day drinking, good beer, and a casual Corktown launch pad.

BUILD A NIGHT AROUND THIS
NOAH’S TAKE

Batch has been one of my favorite breweries in the state for years, and it is rare that they make a beer I do not enjoy. The covered patio, communal picnic tables, board games, and wonderfully random piece of Ford Field turf make it an easy place to settle in with friends.

THE MOVE

Day drink on the covered patio, then head into Corktown for dinner.

GO HERE WHEN

You want excellent beer, a casual group hang, or a low-pressure first stop before dinner.

MAYBE NOT WHEN

You want an intimate date, a serious cocktail program, or a polished sit-down meal.
